We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IB MYP Design 7, MYP Media Arts 7 and 8, and STEAM Electives Teacher to join our Design and Technology department. This position involves teaching middle school students within the IB MYP framework, inspiring them through design principles, media arts projects, and STEAM-focused electives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
- Knowledge of the IB MYP curriculum is a plus
- Strong grasp of design technology concepts, including media arts
- Ability to integrate STEAM themes into engaging elective classes
- Effective classroom management skills
- Excellent communication abilities for interacting with diverse student populations
