About This Role
Instruct secondary grade students in Physics, specifically for Board classes. Design, prepare, and deliver captivating lessons that are in line with the Cambridge IGCSE Physics curriculum. Create lesson plans, schemes of work, worksheets, and assessment resources. Ensure comprehensive preparation of students for IGCSE board examinations. Organize and perform practical experiments while adhering to safety protocols. Equip students with skills in experimental methods, data analysis, and report composition. Recognize individual learning requirements and tailor instruction to meet those needs. Assist students in excelling academically in their board exams. Provide mentorship and guidance for students participating in science-related competitions and projects. Keep precise student records, including grades and progress reports. Engage in parent-teacher meetings and academic review discussions. Contribute to curriculum development and academic enhancement initiatives. Attend faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities. Comply with GEMS policies and institutional guidelines.
