Key Responsibilities

• Teach Secondary students in English Language and English Literature (IGCSE / A-Level).

• Create and implement engaging lessons tailored to the varied needs and skills of students.

• Track and assist students' academic progress, ensuring they reach high standards.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance learning outcomes.

• Engage in departmental development and curriculum planning initiatives.

• Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles, such as IGCSE / Key Stage 4 Coordinator, if desired.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in English, English Literature, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in teaching IGCSE / A-Level courses.

• Strong understanding of the Cambridge or British Curriculum frameworks.

• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching tools.
