About This Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your excellent administration and customer service skills to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic and supportive school environment?

We are looking for an organised, approachable and proactive Student Services Officer who is passionate about providing outstanding support to our pupils, parents/carers and staff, helping to create an environment where every child can dream big and achieve their full potential.

This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our school, providing an essential link between pupils, families, staff and external professionals. As a key member of our administration team, you will play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of the school while providing a welcoming, supportive and professional service to our school community.

The role offers plenty of variety and responsibility, combining pastoral and attendance support with pupil welfare, medical administration and wider school organisation. You will be one of the first points of contact for parents, carers and visitors, so a warm, professional manner and the ability to handle sensitive situations with care and discretion are essential.

Please refer to the job description for a full overview of the role and its responsibilities.

If you are an enthusiastic, well-organised and caring individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making a difference, we would love to hear from you.

Join us in supporting the dreams of the children in our care. Together, we can inspire limitless dreams.
