- Take responsibility for student learning through effective monitoring and evaluation of the instructional program, utilizing data and systems to implement sustainable improvements.
- Analyze assessment results to assess whether curriculum and instructional objectives and student performance targets are being achieved.
- Lead the faculty development and supervision processes with a commitment to continuous improvement and a focus on learning-centered practices.
