The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all teaching personnel at Durham School for Girls (DSGD) adhere to UK Teaching Standards, while also aligning their practices with the school’s MARK values, policies, and the cultural guidelines set forth by the Qatari Ministry of Education (MOE).Responsibilities include delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that address the diverse needs of students, promoting a safe and inclusive educational environment, and supporting both academic and personal growth. Staff will be expected to uphold professional standards, collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and actively engage in the school community. Additionally, they will ensure that all teaching practices, curricular plans, and resources are consistent with DSGD/MARK values, Qatari culture, and MOE ethics.This role also involves ongoing professional development, compliance with school policies, and promoting student well-being and high-performance learning (HPL) strategies.
