In the role of Assistant SEN Coordinator (Assistant SENCo) at our school, you will be instrumental in assisting teaching staff to modify their strategies and practices, ensuring that students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) reach their full potential. You will collaborate closely with the School Psychologist and the Head of Inclusion to deliver personalized support and promote an inclusive learning environment for everyone.

The ideal candidate will be:

- A team-oriented individual who is eager to contribute to the success of our Inclusion Team.
- A reflective practitioner who consistently seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in Education and SEND studies.
- Preferred: a recognized UK qualification, such as B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE, or an equivalent (PGCE/PGDE must be supported by a relevant Bachelor’s Degree).

Successful candidates will possess:
- Extensive, relevant knowledge and experience with the British curriculum.
- A flexible and innovative mindset for working in an inclusive environment.
- A belief in the potential of all students to excel, along with the passion and determination to facilitate that success.
