The primary responsibilities include crafting and executing lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students, assessing student progress, and engaging actively in the school community.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the elementary level
- Familiarity with Common Core curriculum standards
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Skill in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere
- Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
