  • Job Title: Secondary Learning Support Assistant

  • Location: Quinton House School (Senior)

  • Salary: Starting from £20,000 per annum (negotiable dependent on experience) 
    Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only (41.6 weeks)

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week 

Quinton House is seeking a committed, skills and student-focused Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated Learning Support Team within our Senior School. You will work with pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting their academic progress, independence and confidence so they can thrive both in and beyond the classroom. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and supporting young people during their most important learning years. 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Provide tailored support to pupils during lessons, group activities and one‑to‑one sessions

  • Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions

  • Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment

  • Promote pupils’ emotional wellbeing, independence and confidence

  • Work closely with teachers to support learning objectives

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families
