Early Years Teaching Assistant
About This Role
Garden House School is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to become a part of our Early Years team. This is an excellent chance to work in a nurturing and supportive setting, helping our youngest students embark on their educational journey.
We seek an individual who is enthusiastic about early childhood development and is committed to facilitating high-quality teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the class teacher to enhance children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will involve working with individuals and small groups, assisting with routines and transitions, and contributing to the creation of an engaging and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Candidates should ideally possess a minimum Level 3 CACHE Diploma (or an equivalent qualification) in Early Years/Childcare, along with experience in an EYFS environment.
We are considering applicants who are available for full-time work starting in the new academic year in September 2026.
