Arabic Coordinator
About This Role
ICS Schools is in search of a skilled and experienced Arabic Coordinator to join our team for the upcoming academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Arabic Department across all grade levels.
• Develop and implement a thorough Arabic curriculum that meets ADEK standards.
• Assess teaching quality and track student progress.
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and evaluation for Arabic teachers.
• Ensure effective lesson planning and execution in the classroom.
• Oversee assessments and analyze performance data.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification/license recognized by ADEK.
• A minimum of 4–6 years of teaching experience, including experience in a leadership or coordinator position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ADEK regulations and UAE curriculum standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
