About This Role

Pride ISM is on the lookout for a dynamic, strategic, and dedicated Academic Coordinator to join our Secondary School leadership team on a full-time basis starting in August 2026.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; a master’s degree is preferable.

- Experience in teaching and leadership roles within an international school or a comparable educational environment.

- A solid grasp of Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum development, assessment, and student progression.

- A comprehensive understanding of the CIE guidelines and school curriculum.

- Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and parents.

- Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance teaching, learning, and departmental operations.

- A genuine enthusiasm for professional growth, with the capability to mentor and develop teachers.

- A clean background check or police clearance and no concerns regarding suitability for working with children.
