Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Key responsibilities include managing the daily functions of the secondary school, supporting both educators and students, executing curriculum standards, nurturing positive relationships among staff, students, and parents, as well as fostering a secure and inclusive school environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles within secondary education
- In-depth knowledge of UK curriculum requirements for secondary education
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Demonstrated capability to effectively lead teams and manage various responsibilities concurrently
- Proficiency in student behavior management and pastoral care
