Dubai Heights Academy is a friendly and inviting workplace located in the Al Barsha South area of Dubai, presenting an exciting opportunity to become a part of our team.

Established in 2017, the school provides an inclusive and exceptional education for an international student body ranging from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans for organic growth to Year 13.

Our modern campus features distinct buildings for each educational phase along with a 380-seat auditorium. It includes three temperature-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer laboratories, dedicated spaces for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. Covering an extensive 292,000 sqft, our campus is comprised of three buildings tailored for each phase, and we are excited to have launched our brand new secondary building in August 2025, representing our most ambitious initiative to date.

Dubai Heights Academy delivers a curriculum designed to cater to the diverse needs of all students, based on the National Curriculum for England. This curriculum has been adapted to meet local requirements and enhanced with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Additionally, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create and implement a specialized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students, along with an early language program utilizing social robots for primary students, enriching our comprehensive curriculum.

The successful candidate will need to meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, or a related discipline.

Valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).

•
Experience in inquiry-based or project-based learning methodologies.

•
Familiarity with educational technologies, coding, robotics, or engineering tools.

•
A track record in designing and executing age-appropriate STEAM curricula.

•
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
