About This Role
Location: Chaoyang, Beijing
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Collaborating with a Co-teacher to implement the Daily Learning Programme
• Developing the Daily Schedule, Routines, and Transitions alongside the Co-Teacher
• Engaging with families effectively
• Upholding professionalism as an Early Childhood Education (ECE) teacher
• Continuing to enhance Professional Knowledge, Attitudes, and Competencies
• Supporting and Taking Part in School Community Initiatives
• Addressing any additional tasks assigned by supervisors related to the co-teaching role.
General Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant full-time teaching experience as a certified teacher
• A recognized qualification in early childhood education, child development, or a related discipline is essential
• A dedication to the well-being of young children
• A warm and approachable demeanor
• An awareness of the feelings and needs of others
• The ability to connect well with young children
• Capability to build positive and nurturing relationships with parents and families
• Preferably, experience working with a diverse group of young children and/or utilizing an inquiry-based learning approach
