Can provide consistent, individualised support and help children to regulate, engage and access their learning.
Has a strong understanding of sensory, communication, emotional and behavioural needs.
Can remain calm and positive when faced with challenging situations.
Works closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and wider team to implement and monitor support strategies.
Shows initiative, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference.
Has excellent attendance and is committed to building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
