We are seeking a dedicated Teaching / Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an ideal role for someone who has high expectations for student achievement and a passion for fostering a love of learning. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of Class Teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning activities to individuals and small groups. 

  • Provide tailored care and support programmes to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum effectively. 

  • Assist in classroom management and contribute to the assessment and reporting of pupil progress. 

  • Contribute effectively to curriculum planning and the ongoing assessment of children’s learning. 

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Qualifications: Educated to GCSE Level C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths. 

  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills, alongside strong numeracy and reading abilities. 

  • Mindset: A positive "can-do" attitude, a sense of fun, and a belief that every child can achieve well. 

  • Professionalism: An adaptable practitioner committed to ongoing CPD and building strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
