Key Responsibilities
Work under the direction of Class Teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning activities to individuals and small groups.
Provide tailored care and support programmes to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum effectively.
Assist in classroom management and contribute to the assessment and reporting of pupil progress.
Contribute effectively to curriculum planning and the ongoing assessment of children’s learning.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
Qualifications: Educated to GCSE Level C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills, alongside strong numeracy and reading abilities.
Mindset: A positive "can-do" attitude, a sense of fun, and a belief that every child can achieve well.
Professionalism: An adaptable practitioner committed to ongoing CPD and building strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
