The Opportunity (Role Overview)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Utilize your international educational background (such as in IB continuum schools, AP, or the British Curriculum) to design meaningful learning experiences for our students.

• Establish a learning culture that recognizes and celebrates student agency, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in physics.

• Collaborate with colleagues to create cohesive and innovative learning plans.

• Teach all Science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) for Years 7-8, while concentrating on Physics for Years 9-13.

• Assist students in navigating personalized learning pathways.

• Promote a dynamic learning environment where students feel integrated into a rigorous yet enjoyable educational community.

• Build trust and confidence among parents and families.

• Maintain a flexible perspective on how physics can enhance students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Adhere to the school's policies and procedures rigorously.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
