THE ROLE
The Principal will be responsible for inspiring, leading, developing, and managing all facets of school life, which includes playing a pivotal role in cultivating the school’s values and culture. A fundamental aspect of their success will be the ongoing delivery of the school’s unique educational offerings and a steadfast commitment to achieving the highest standards while fostering strong, meaningful relationships within the community.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will also:
- Hold a recognized teaching qualification, at least at the Bachelor’s degree level.
- Show evidence of continuous professional development.
- Have direct experience with the English National Curriculum and post-16 education, along with a solid understanding of the IBDP.
- Bring leadership experience in a complex and large-scale educational environment.
- Be adept at managing growth and change.
