Part time, Fixed term, FTTE up to: 0.2, Start Date: 20/04/2026, End Date: 16/12/2026 (Project Initiative)

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher

Subjects: English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts

The Role

FTTE up to: 0.2 weekly on a Monday. The successful candidate will work closely with 3 students in a classroom setting. The children are funded by the Ongoing Resourcing Scheme (ORS), with our SENCO teacher and Learning Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children in their learning environment


• Collaborate closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers to provide high-quality support for ORS students in our classroom


• Contribute to the development and review of individual learning plans (IEPs)


• Experience with ORS funded students preferred


• Adapt learning experiences and develop programmes to support individual needs
