About This Role

Lunchtime is an important part of every school day, and we are looking for someone who can help make it a positive experience for all pupils.

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will help create a safe, happy and inclusive environment during the lunch period, supporting pupils in the dining hall and outdoor areas while encouraging positive behaviour, wellbeing and enjoyable play experiences.

We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team. You will have strong communication skills, enjoy working with children and be committed to helping every pupil feel safe, supported and valued.

Welcome to The Constellation Trust

The Constellation Trust is a growing family of schools serving communities across Hull and the surrounding area. Our Trust currently comprises seven primary schools, two secondary schools and an alternative provision, each with its own unique strengths and identity, united by a shared vision, shared ambition and shared culture.

At the heart of our Trust is a simple belief: we shine brighter together. Through collaboration, innovation and a relentless focus on educational excellence, we work collectively to create the very best opportunities for the children, young people and communities we serve.

We are ambitious for every child, every school and every colleague. Our aim is to ensure that all of our schools deliver exceptional outcomes, provide outstanding educational experiences and create environments where every individual feels valued, included and empowered to succeed. We are committed to becoming regional leaders in all aspects of education, national leaders in inclusion and an employer of choice for talented professionals who want to make a meaningful difference.

Our Ambition

The Constellation Trust Ambition sets out the principles that connect our schools whilst recognising the unique contexts and communities they serve. We believe schools thrive when they retain their individuality while benefiting from the collective expertise, support and opportunities that come from being part of a strong Trust.

Together, we are committed to:

  • Delivering exceptional educational outcomes and life chances for all children
  • Maintaining the highest educational standards across every school
  • Leading the way in inclusive practice, ensuring every child can flourish regardless of background or circumstance
  • Nurturing character, belonging and personal development
  • Providing strong systems, infrastructure and professional expertise that allow schools to focus on education
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, celebration and continuous improvement.

Join us and help us shine brighter together. ✨
