Interventions Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Interventions Learning Support Assistant to join our team and make a real difference to pupils who require additional support.

Working alongside the Deputy SENCOs and Inclusion Team, you will deliver high-quality 1:1 and small-group interventions to support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.

If you would like to discuss this opportunity or for any queries, please contact info@arkelvinacademy.org.

We’re proud to share that our school has been recognised as a top-performing secondary school nationally, receiving a top 5% badge in Employee Line Management in the Spring 2026 census with The Engagement Platform (TEP).
