Inclusion Room Manager

We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and tenacious Inclusion Room (SSP) Manager who cares deeply about our students and is driven to help them overcome barriers to learning.
In this vital role, you won't just manage a space—you will lead an environment of growth, transformation, and reflection. You will work closely with students who need tailored guidance, helping them manage and reflect on their behaviour, stay engaged with their academic studies, and successfully reintegrate into the mainstream curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Manage the SSP: Maintain an empowering, focused tone and atmosphere where students complete meaningful work and reflect on their choices.
Support & Reintegrate: Develop reflection programs and support plans to help students understand their behaviour, build coping strategies, and return confidently to the classroom.
Academic Collaboration: Liaise with Curriculum Leaders to ensure work set in the SSP is tailored, relevant, and aligned with departmental standards.
Intervention & Tracking: Manage behaviour records (using systems such as Bromcom), evaluate the impact of interventions, and track student attendance and progress.
Home-School Partnership: Act as a key point of contact for parents and carers, keeping them informed and engaged in their child’s journey.
