Inclusion and Intervention Specialist

We are looking for applicants who ideally have experience of working with students with behavioural,
emotional or pastoral needs and is passionate about supporting young people to succeed. You will
have excellent ICT, oral and written communication skills. You will be highly organised, flexible,
conscientious and have a ‘can do’ approach to work. You will be able to build strong and positive
relationships quickly, remain calm, consistent and resilient in challenging situations and able to work
effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
