The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our Early Years team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support teaching and learning within the EYFS curriculum, helping young children develop key skills during their crucial early years of education. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine interest in working with young children aged 3-5 years old
- Basic understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework or willingness to learn quickly
- Good communication skills, both with children and adults
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from teachers
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for supporting children's learning through play-based activities
- Willingness to undertake relevant training including HLTA accreditation if applicable
