We are currently seeking a Head of Humanities to oversee our Social Sciences department at the High/Secondary School level. This leadership position requires a passionate and seasoned educator capable of inspiring both students and staff, while also enhancing our Humanities curriculum.
The primary responsibilities include ensuring high teaching standards, supporting professional development, coordinating subject planning, and promoting student engagement across all Humanities subjects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of teaching experience within the UK curriculum
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to inspire both students and peers
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment techniques
