About This Role
The Head of Co-curricular Learning plays a pivotal role in directing and overseeing the Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) program for students, ensuring it delivers a rich, balanced, and impactful co-curricular experience that aligns with the college’s mission and values.
In this position, you will facilitate students' participation in a diverse array of creative, active, and service-oriented opportunities that promote personal development, social responsibility, and community involvement. Additionally, you will take charge of leading Project Week.
The individual in this role will mentor and guide CAS supervisors—including staff, students, external coaches, and volunteers—in the planning and execution of high-quality learning experiences.
You will also manage resources effectively to maintain and enhance the co-curricular program, making certain it adapts to the changing needs and interests of students throughout the academic year. Responsibilities further include overseeing the gathering and tracking of student evidence in compliance with IB requirements, and collaborating with other co-curricular leaders (such as those involved in conferences and Social Impact Initiatives) to foster a comprehensive approach to student enrichment.
