About This Role

The role requires the ability to manage and carry out planned works and you will need to travel to other school sites within our Trust to complete work as needed. You will be working alongside the Trust Estate and Facilities Officer and other site colleagues, or alone according to the work required. The ability to liaise with contractors and order materials, as well as monitor and oversee planned works to completion are essential.

The role can be based at any of the Trust’s schools with travel to other sites in South East Cornwall as necessary. Please see the Trust website for details of our schools.

We are looking for someone with:

  • good building/maintenance experience
  • good organisational skills
  • good interpersonal/communication skills
  • a desire to complete all tasks to the highest of standards.

The role is 3 days per week, working 8 hours per day including a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Compensation

£26,847.00 - £29,071.00 Annually (FTE) Actual salary for the pro-rated hours approx. £16,325 - £17,678 pa
