Deputy Headteacher

• Is enthusiastic, creative, innovative and is prepared to ‘roll their sleeves up and have a go’ in their desire to deliver excellence in all aspects of leadership
• Is an excellent communicator who is able to work well under pressure, successfully managing the complex demands of leadership
• Places children at the centre of every decision, ensuring the very best outcomes for all
