Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a colleague who can work with us to provide excellent support for our young people during periods of staff absence. The role is paid pro-rata based on a 38 week year (term time only) and a 35 hour week. Working across the school day the postholder will support the senior team with organising and administering cover for colleagues as well as delivering cover lessons and supervising students. The postholder will need to understand the school policies and systems and ensure that these are applied consistently. The role necessitates an ability to think flexibly, make sensible judgements and an ability to ensure that young people feel safe and supported in their learning in the classroom at all times. Applications will be considered on receipt and therefore an early application is advised. This is a temporary role until 18th December 2026.
