Catering Assistant (Fixed Term)

We are looking for a catering assistant to provide daily support in the school kitchen at St Peter’s Elwick CofE Primary School. This is a fixed term cover position. The suitable candidate should be enthusiastic, organised and welcoming. The role entails setting up and serving school lunches whilst maintaining a high standard of food hygiene and safe working practices. You will work closely under the supervision of the School Cook.

Experience of working in a school environment is advantageous however not essential for this role.

• Have an excellent understanding when dealing with children and adults
