As we look ahead to our third year in September 2026, we are expanding our leadership team. We are seeking a dynamic and committed Assistant Principal who will lead with integrity, motivate staff, inspire students, and advocate for children and their families in all they do.

As an Assistant Principal in our brand‑new school, you will play a central role in shaping culture, developing practice and creating an environment in which all children can thrive. You will be an experienced teacher and established middle or senior leader, confident in leading teams, raising standards and driving school improvement. You will bring up‑to‑date knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy and inclusion, and a clear ability to turn strategic priorities into meaningful impact. Working closely with the Principal and wider leadership team, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our school delivers exceptional outcomes as it grows year by year.
Our Trust The Mulberry Schools Trust was formed in 2017, when the Board of trustees and the Chief Executive Officer created a family of schools that has at its heart inclusion, equality of opportunity and a striving for educational excellence.
