The Role
London Park Schools is looking for an energetic, ambitious Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who’s hungry to learn, keen to make an impact and passionate about marketing. You’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness and growth, supporting campaigns and bringing LPS to life across social media. Key Responsibilities
Social media management – You will primarily be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the social accounts. This includes Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. Under the leadership of your manager, you will be instrumental in driving awareness and engagement across all social media channels:
Planning a schedule of social media content that includes relevant observation days, campaigns, school events, activities and milestones.
Filming and editing social media content.
Crafting on-brand captions that match each platform’s unique tone of voice.
Own community management – replying to comments in the appropriate tone of voice and building connections.
Schedule and upload content across our social media accounts.
Stay up to date with social media best practice, trends, and formats to try.
Analyse performance metrics and platform insights to refine content strategy and boost engagement when needed.
Photography and videography – You will capture high quality still and video imagery for our social media accounts, website, newsletters, and other marketing materials. You will be confident in basic post-production and editing.
Graphic design – You will be confident using graphic design software to create digital and prints ads, marketing materials and signage in line with our brand guidelines.
Website updates – You will be responsible for maintaining the website content, making simple copy and design updates and liaising with web agency to ensure timely resolution of issues that arise.
Newsletter creation – You will create and schedule a simple weekly newsletter and twice termly more comprehensive newsletter.
Events support – You will support the planning and delivery of events, working closely with the Head of Marketing, admissions, and teaching staff.
Marketing administration support – You will support the Head of Marketing to deliver the day-to-day running of the marketing and communications function.

Comfortable working with data and reporting on performance
Demonstrable experience with social media, photography, videography, graphic design, newsletters and website
1-3 years' experience in marketing, with evidence of social media, photography/ videography and graphic design experience
