Contract Term: 1-year, renewable for a 3-year term

• Renewable contingent on successful evaluation and mutual agreement.

The initial contract for this position will commence in June 2026 and conclude in August 2027. This initial contract serves as part of the candidate’s probationary period and can be renewed based on a successful evaluation.

SPAS prefers to conduct in-person interviews for this position and will only reach out to candidates with either F-Visa status in South Korea or those who possess Korean Citizenship. Interviews will begin as applications are received, conducted virtually via Google Meet with the School Principal and General Manager or, preferably, in person. The position will be closed once filled.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in School Principal roles or equivalent positions

• Preference for candidates with experience overseeing multiple programs or campuses

• Experience managing programs across various grades and educational levels

• Background in accreditation cycles

• Knowledge of Common Core, Next Generation Science, and Aero Standards

• A proven history of academic leadership

• Expertise in AP/PreAP, standards-based instruction planning and assessment, and using data from TELL, MAP, WIDA for administrative and teacher training purposes

• Strong digital skills and proficiency with Google-based platforms, Canva

• Confident proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS)

• Experience with PowerSchool is preferred

Saint Paul American Scholars is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate school leader to fill the role of School Principal. In this position, you will oversee and align three of our four campuses, acting as a key figure in maintaining consistency, fostering support, and driving the ongoing improvement of the program. Your weekly schedule will involve rotating among campuses, engaging with diverse personalities and teacher teams, ensuring that each week presents new experiences and distinct challenges. The fulfillment of this role lies in being part of an educational culture that values care and growth, within a system eager to see the contributions you will make to enhance SPAS's success.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
