Whole School PE Teacher

Yas School is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a talented Whole School PE Teacher to join our committed team beginning in August 2026 for the 2026-2027 academic year, with the possibility of an earlier start.

At Yas School, we follow the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum with a strong focus on inclusive education, enrichment programs, and preparing our learners for the future. Since our establishment in 2015, we have proudly become the largest single-campus K-12 government school, serving over 1750 boys and girls on our expansive campus.

We are looking for a qualified educator with a solid background in either UK or US curricula, and ideally with experience in the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.

As a member of the teaching staff at Yas School, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful lessons that enhance students’ academic performance, personal growth, and overall well-being. Your role will be crucial in empowering students to reach their potential and preparing them to thrive as global citizens while honoring and promoting the heritage and Emirati identity of the UAE.

In your teaching role, you will actively build strong relationships and maintain open communication with parents, colleagues, and students to ensure that academic and behavioral standards reflect the school’s ethos and policies. You will be committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment where every student is inspired to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Post Graduate Diploma in Education relevant to the subject area.
• A Master’s Degree in Education/Educational Leadership or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or an equivalent qualification.
• Bilingual skills (English & Arabic) are highly regarded.
• A UAE Certified Teaching License or equivalent, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
