Spanish Teacher

The British College of Gava, an IB World School located just 20 minutes from Barcelona, is looking to recruit a full-time Spanish language teacher to begin in August 2025.

We are in search of a full-time Spanish educator to enhance our Modern Foreign Languages department. We seek teachers who are eager to inspire and motivate our students to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

Essential:

• UK-trained with qualified teacher status (equivalent qualifications for Catalan teachers will be considered)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience teaching in secondary education
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish (Catalan)

Desirable:

• Familiarity with IB programs
• Master's degree or postgraduate qualification
• Eligibility to work in the EU
