Successful candidates must possess:
- An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE should be accompanied by a subject-specific Bachelor’s Degree).
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience (international experience is a plus but not essential).
- Strong subject knowledge and extensive experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A dedication to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities outside of school hours.
