Skills
Ideal candidates will:
- Embody and exemplify our core values of Growth, Flourishing, and Mindfulness
- Hold a Bachelor of Education in Primary Education or a relevant degree with a PGCE or PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
- Have experience teaching Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 within the National Curriculum for England
- Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Bring a creative and enthusiastic approach to both classroom instruction and broader school involvement
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
- Possess a proven history of delivering exceptional learning experiences
- Be motivated to positively impact our school community through active involvement in extracurricular and community initiatives
