Middle School ELA Teacher - Bundang
About This Role
Saint Paul American Scholars (SPAS) is a growing K-12 educational institution committed to guiding youth towards becoming engaged citizens while equipping them for higher education. This commitment involves fostering essential ethical values such as courage, compassion, integrity, justice, truth, reason, fairness, respect, and honesty, in conjunction with core academic subjects.
A successful school environment is characterized by exceptional instruction from teachers and impactful learning experiences for students. To achieve this, it is vital to maintain a safe atmosphere for everyone involved with SPAS, focusing on responsible citizenship and fair enforcement of rules within the Saint Paul Scholars community. We acknowledge the significant role that parents play in their children's education and the shared accountability for their academic and behavioral achievements.
At SPAS, we seek individuals who identify as educators, not just teachers. This mindset reflects a genuine commitment to finding innovative ways to support struggling students, challenge high achievers, and comprehend the factors affecting student performance. The motivation of an educator is rooted in the commitment to ensure that every student not only succeeds but thrives. Educators are enthusiastic about collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to promote student achievement.
Educators understand that teaching encompasses more than just assigning, collecting, and grading homework. If you resonate with this philosophy, we encourage you to apply via the WhatSchool platform.
