Learning Support Coordinator (SENCO)
About This Role
Learning Support Coordinator (SENCO)
Rugby School, together with its partner, Khai Sang Corporation, is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Coordinator (SENCO) to join the founding team of a new school in Hanoi, opening in September 2026. This represents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a school which will set a new standard for Pre-Prep provision in Southeast Asia.
The Pre-Prep, housed in its own building, will cater for day children from Early Years 1 (age 3–4) to Year 2 (age 6–7) inclusive; Year 3 upwards will be catered for in the Prep & Senior School which will open in September 2027 on a site only c.500m away.
Pupils will benefit hugely from experiencing the wonder of the building and its interiors, designed with the learning needs of early years’ children in mind. Rugby School’s Global team has also assisted in the design of the building, which will be a remarkable space for teachers and specialists to support pupils’ educational journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the founding team of what will become one of the leading schools in Vietnam, working closely with colleagues to support pupils with additional learning needs and to ensure an inclusive learning environment for all.
