Experience of working with young people
Experience of multi-agency working.
Experience of monitoring and evaluating projects.
Experience of working with specific target groups.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Ability to work with a wide range of people and agencies.
Ability to undertake any necessary travel in connection with the duties of the post.
IT literate
Level 2 English and Maths Qualification or Equivalent
Qualifications in specified or relevant curriculum area at level 3 or equivalent.
Princes Trust Team Leader Qualification
Knowledge of local, regional and national relevant promotions and campaigns.
Knowledge and an understanding of the issues related to working with target groups.
Knowledge and an understanding of working in partnership to build capacity and develop sport and active recreation opportunities.
Knowledge and an understanding of and commitment to equal opportunities.
