The International School of Bucharest is seeking a committed and experienced History Teacher to work across all three key stages. The perfect candidate will provide outstanding instruction that motivates our students to achieve their maximum potential. Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE, CAIE A-Level, and/or IB Diploma examination courses will be viewed as a significant asset.
Located near the city center, our purpose-built campus offers a convenient living and commuting experience. We are looking for a teacher who will contribute to our dynamic school environment within a well-established Humanities department.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Experience in teaching all three key stages from 3-5.
- Possession of a local or international teaching qualification.
- A vibrant and highly motivated teaching approach, supported by a successful teaching history.
- A willingness to participate in the wider school community and enrich the Humanities Department through extracurricular involvement.
- A positive attitude towards students.
- Experience with IGCSE, A-Levels, or IBDP is a notable advantage.
