Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of teaching experience, including leadership roles
• In-depth understanding of the UK curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficient in leading a team and managing various priorities concurrently
• Proven track record of developing innovative initiatives that improve student learning outcomes
