We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Class Teacher to become part of our team beginning in August 2026.
As a BSO-accredited institution, ICS Al Manhal follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework, fostering a supportive and engaging learning space for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute engaging, high-quality educational experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
- Foster a secure, inclusive, and stimulating environment where each child is appreciated
- Support children's growth across all developmental areas, including communication, language, physical, personal, social, and emotional development
- Use observations and assessments to monitor progress and inform future learning directions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a cohesive approach within the Early Years team
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to broader school initiatives
- Maintain clear and effective communication with parents and guardians
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) focused on Early Years, or PGCE with QTS and experience in EYFS
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an EYFS environment (preferably in the UK)
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child-centered educational practices
- A creative, flexible, and nurturing teaching style
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- ADEK approval or eligibility is preferred
- ECTs are encouraged to apply – an induction programme is available (please note that the costs associated with the ECT programme will be borne by the candidate)
