Job Description:
The individual selected for this role will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in IB DP Biology while also leading the incorporation of educational technology across the secondary school curriculum. This position requires collaboration with faculty to enhance instructional practices using innovative technological tools and resources aimed at improving student learning outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science (Biology), or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching science at the secondary/high school level is essential.
- A comprehensive understanding of the IB Diploma Programme curriculum standards and assessment criteria is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively integrating technology into classroom instruction.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, educational software, and emerging technologies is necessary.
- At least 2 years of experience working with XR/VR technologies in either an educational or technical context.
- Experience with managing VR/XR hardware (such as headsets and sensors) and software platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with both educators and students.
- Ability to design and conduct professional development workshops focused on technology use in education.
