AP Math Teacher - Bundang

Contract Term

1-year, renewable for a 2-year term based on satisfactory evaluation and mutual agreement.

The initial contract for this position starts in June 2026 and concludes in August 2027. This initial term acts as a probationary period and may be extended following a favorable evaluation.

Interview Process

SPAS prefers to conduct in-person interviews for this role and will only contact candidates with an F-Visa status in South Korea or those who are Korean citizens. Interviews will be scheduled as applications are received, either virtually via GoogleMeet with the School Principal and General Manager or, preferably, in person. The position will be closed once filled.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in AP Math roles or similar positions
• Experience teaching adolescents
• Previous involvement in accreditation processes
• Familiarity with Common Core Standards
• Proven academic leadership capabilities
• Expertise in AP/PreAP, standards-based lesson planning and assessment, data implementation using TELL, MAP, WIDA for administrative oversight, and teacher training
• Strong digital skills and high proficiency with Google-based platforms, Canva
• Confident in using LMS and SIS systems
• Experience with PowerSchool is preferred
