The role:

As a Teacher of PE, your responsibilities will include:


Spearheading initiatives to enhance student involvement and school spirit.


Assisting with enrichment activities and school functions.


Enhancing parental involvement through effective communication and progress reports.


Delivering engaging, inclusive, and impactful lessons.


Encouraging creativity, problem-solving skills, and design thinking.


Employing data-driven approaches to cater to diverse learning requirements.


Incorporating digital resources to enrich learning experiences.


Serving as a Form Tutor and contributing to the IB curriculum.


Creating and executing lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.


Ensuring thorough assessment and prompt feedback.


Participating in curriculum innovation and quality control.


Engaging in ongoing professional development.


Reflecting on your practice for improved teaching effectiveness.


Promoting school values and contributing to a positive school atmosphere.

The Successful Candidate will have:


An accredited teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).


Experience delivering the UK National Curriculum, either in the UK or abroad.


A current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure for all countries of residence.


Compliance with visa regulations for employment, including a minimum bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of teaching experience, and non-criminal records from the past decade.


A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students, along with a willingness to undertake relevant child protection training as needed.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
