The ideal candidate will possess:
•
A Bachelor of Education or a relevant degree accompanied by a PGCE or PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
•
Demonstrated experience in teaching GCSE and A Level English
•
A keen interest in career development, leadership, and sustainability
•
A creative and enthusiastic mindset towards teaching and learning
•
Strong IT and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with students and parents
