Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Pre-K International Teacher to become a part of our early years team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate educator who is committed to supporting the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of our youngest students within a multicultural setting.
• Design and implement an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that reflects our school’s educational philosophy.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback and maintaining effective communication with parents.
• Collaborate efficiently with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school administration.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and staff meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proficiency in English.
• Professional fluency in German is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience teaching in a kindergarten or early years environment.
• Ability to provide professional reference letters from former employers.
• Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Culturally aware, adaptable, and a positive contributor to team dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications (Pluses):
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a notable advantage.
• Familiarity with international or bilingual educational frameworks.
• Capability to engage in co-curricular activities.
