Head of Boarding

Malvern College Chengdu (MCC), a rapidly growing all-through school in China, is seeking to hire a passionate and experienced Head of Boarding.

In this pivotal pastoral role, the Head of Boarding will work closely with the Deputy Head of Boarding and will hold overall responsibility for the boarding program at MCC, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of all boarding students. The successful candidate will offer support regarding pastoral care and manage communications with parents related to boarding. It is essential that they exemplify the Malvern values in handling House-related matters consistently.
